Q How long does it take to have a repair done?
A Most repairs are done and shipped back to you within 72 hours.
   
Q How do I ship my hearing aid to you?
A Send the hearing aid in a crush proof box, old pill bottle, anything that will not smash easily. We highly recommend that you send your hearing aid to us registered and insured. We are not responsible if your hearing aids never make it to our location.
   
Q How will you ship my hearing aid back to me?
A All repaired hearing aids are sent back to you 2-3 Day Priority Mail.
   
Q My hearing aid has excessive squeal, what could be wrong?
A You could have a fit problem, if your weight has changed by 6 pounds or more it could fit wrong. You will have to have you audiologist or dispenser make sure it fits properly. You could also have something wrong with the hearing aid.
   
Q What brands do you repair?
A We are a all make repair lab. We repair hearing aids from all manufactures.
   
Q How much will the repair cost?
A Most repairs can be done for $95 with 6 month warranty.
   
Q Can my hearing aid be upgraded from analog hearing aid to programmable hearing aid?
A Yes, we can upgrade your hearing aid. For an additional cost and we will need a copy of your audiogram that was done within the last 6 months.
   
Q What is the most common problem when a hearing aid does not sound right?
A Ear wax is the most common problem. The ear wax plugs up the receiver and can make the receiver sound bad or quit working.
