How long does it take to have a repair done? |

Most repairs are done and shipped back to you within 72 hours. |

How do I ship my hearing aid to you? |

Send the hearing aid in a crush proof box, old pill bottle, anything that will not smash easily. We highly recommend that you send your hearing aid to us registered and insured. We are not responsible if your hearing aids never make it to our location. |

All repaired hearing aids are sent back to you 2-3 Day Priority Mail. |

My hearing aid has excessive squeal, what could be wrong? |

You could have a fit problem, if your weight has changed by 6 pounds or more it could fit wrong. You will have to have you audiologist or dispenser make sure it fits properly. You could also have something wrong with the hearing aid. |

Yes, we can upgrade your hearing aid. For an additional cost and we will need a copy of your audiogram that was done within the last 6 months. |
